Other Treatments

Goyke Health Center offers a variety of health care treatments to ensure that every patients needs are met. In addition to Chiropractic and Massage Therapy, the following treatments are offered and / or typically used during a standard visit.

- Muscle Stimulation - By using small (and painless) amounts of electrical current, specific, targeted muscles are rapidly contracted and released. This relaxes the muscles and enables the adjustment to be more effective.

- Traction Bed - Is a bed that patients lay on while rollers within the bed move up and down the length of the spine. This massages the muscles on either side of the spine, allowing the proper range of motion for each vertebrae.

- Ultrasound - Is a process in which deep sound waves penetrate the muscles and provide warmth and vibration. This encourages further relaxation of the muscles providing a gentle, soothing treatment.
